On behalf of the Hartford Velocity Fastpitch Organization, I would like to invite your team to participate in the Hartford Velocity 2025 May Mayhem Tournament which takes place May 16th-18th, 2025 with games starting on Friday at 5 p.m. Tournament divisions will be 10u, 12u and 14u. USA softball age requirements. This is a b/c class tournament. NO ELITE TEAMS. Hartford Velocity reserves the right to assess a team’s fit in the tournament.
Teams are encouraged to register early, as this tournament will fill up quickly! We will allow 16 teams for the 12U & 14U age divisions and 8 teams for the 10U division. Depending on 10U interest, we have the potential to open a second field. If your team is interested and registration is full, please sign up on our waitlist. Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. The tournament fee is $495 per team. No refunds will be given after May 4th.
Each team will be guaranteed 3 games (Weather permitting), with medals for 1st and 2nd place.
Our concession stands offer a great selection of delicious items and we have clean modern restrooms available at every field.
Upon receiving payment for your entry, we will confirm your spot in the tournament. A schedule of games will be sent out within one week prior to the tournament, along with tournament rules. The tournament director reserves the right to reschedule games due to inclement weather conditions or other conflicts. In the event of inclement weather our refund policy is that if a team hasn’t played a game the entire weekend due to inclement weather a $425 refund will be provided, once a team completes their first game there will be no refunds provided.
