On behalf of the Hartford Velocity Fastpitch Organization, I would like to invite your team to participate in the Velocity May Mayhem Tournament. The date for the tournament is set for 19th through the 21st, with games starting on Friday at 5 pm. The tournament divisions will be 10u, 12u and 14u, Age classifications are determined as of January 1st, 2022. This is a b/c class tournament.
Please fill out the registration to register, teams are encouraged to register early, as this tournament will fill up quickly! We will allow 16 teams in each age division. Registrations will be processed on a first come, first serve basis. The tournament fee is $495 per team
Each team will be guaranteed 3 games (Weather permitting), with Medals for Gold and Silver.
Our concession stands offer a great selection of delicious items and we have clean modern restrooms available at every field.
Upon receiving payment of your entry, we will confirm your spot in the tournament. A schedule of games will be sent out within one week prior to the tournament, along with tournament rules. The tournament director reserves the right to reschedule games due to the inclement weather conditions or other conflicts. In the event of inclement weather our refund policy is that if a team hasn't played a game the entire weekend due to inclement weather a $425 refund will be provided, once a team completes their first game there will be no refunds provided.
